We're adding two pharmacy techs or tech trainees to our Tempe pharmacy — people who are detail-oriented, good with patients, and excited to learn everything we do. We cross-train everyone, so you'll rotate through the full operation and keep building skills as you go. Key Responsibilities Pick, label, and quality-check medications and supplies for patient orders Pack and prepare materials for same-day and scheduled deliveries Assist with sterile compounding under pharmacist supervision Process new prescriptions and refills in CareTend Communicate with patients by phone about prescriptions and deliveries Maintain documentation in compliance with AZ Board of Pharmacy, USP, and OSHA standards Support inventory management and stock rotation Requirements Required Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License OR Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (required — must hold one or the other at time of hire) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication skills — comfortable talking with patients by phone Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Willingness to cross-train and rotate across all pharmacy functions Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/move between workstations throughout shift Authorized to work lawfully in the United States Preferred (We Will Train!) Previous experience in home infusion, sterile compounding, or a USP 797-compliant clean room Familiarity with CareTend or similar pharmacy management software Experience with NDC verification, order label review, or handling regulated medications Arizona Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
