Description Key Responsibilities Lay up dry bulk fiberglass for hulls, decks, and core structures Set up vacuum systems, including feed lines and bagging materials Support the vacuum infusion process, then remove bagging materials and prepare parts for secondary bonding Release completed parts from molds and complete initial inspections before they go to quality control Handle additional tasks as needed to support production and workflow Requirements Physical Requirements & Work Conditions Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Occasional walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping, and crawling Capability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs Frequent hands-on work using tools, equipment, and various materials Work may involve exposure to fumes, dust, airborne particles, and chemicals typical of a marine manufacturing environment This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.
