JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will anticipate, plan and resolve with counterpart from the Owner’s Team the needs, interferences and/or joint work required, following the procedures and instructions that guarantee the safety of all people.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Requires bachelor’s degree Engineering and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Previous work experience in hazardous energy control processes (LOTO).
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial systems.
  • Knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning processes.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work at site in industrial and commercial environments.

Responsibilities
  • Review the LOTO planning for each EPC.
  • Review EPC Test Plan.
  • Review the projected NOE of each EPC.
  • Review, Plan with the EPC the blockages to be carried out in the period.
  • Review EPC Blocking Map.
  • Review Tie-In Activity Planning.
  • Track Battery Limits when equipment changes ownership of the Custody, Control, and Care (CCC) of equipment or areas.
  • Check that the Energy Administrator and Custodian is clearly identified in all phases, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning.
  • Prepare a control plan for stored energies according to each discipline (pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical).
