Desarrollo en serie de soluciones de diseño y mantenimiento de productos actuales para bombas y motores hidráulicos de pistón axial para el mercado norteamericano con enfoque en hidráulica móvil. Actividades. • Creación de dibujos y modelos 3D (EBZ, DMU, GEZ), cambios y verificación • Reducción de costos mediante iniciativas de diseño • Apoyo y aprobación del proceso/inicio de ECR • Apoyo en Concesiones de productos • Apoyo a otras funciones, por ejemplo, Compras para actividades de abastecimiento; Participación en abastecimiento técnico, Localización de componentes: revisión y aprobación de PPAP • Evaluación de riesgos del producto para concesiones, aprobación de concesiones • Entrada de base de datos de informes de prueba; creación de informes de prueba para clientes; aprobación de informes de prueba • Capacitación de productos para nuevos asociados • Desarrollar, revisar y/o modificar estándares de trabajo, procedimientos e instrucciones departamentales según sea necesario • Apoyo a la función QMM para 8D, recopilación de datos, preparación y visualización • Análisis de causa raíz para resolver problemas hidráulicos complejos • Implementar herramientas y métodos analíticos para la resolución de problemas de ingeniería de productos Qualifications Escolaridad: Título de licenciatura o maestría en Ciencias en ingeniería mecánica o de energía fluida, o educación y/o experiencia equivalente. Inglés: Avanzado Conocimientos: Conocimientos y competencia demostrados en fundamentos de ingeniería mecánico-hidráulica con enfoque en bombas y motores de circuito abierto. Comprender la relación de causa y efecto de las interacciones de los componentes hidráulicos. Experiencia en diseño CAD, (Creo Parametric, preferentemente). Experiencia en SAP. Disponibilidad para viajar (~ 10%). Responsibilities

Develop and maintain design solutions for axial piston hydraulic pumps and motors for the North American mobile hydraulics market. Responsibilities include creating 3D models, reducing costs through design initiatives, and performing root cause analysis for complex hydraulic issues.
