Job Description AECOM México busca Ingeniero de Instalaciones Especiales para empleo en nuestras oficinas de Queretaro, Mexico. Las funciones incluyen pero no se limitan a: Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del personal técnico y contratistas involucrados en la instalación, prueba y mantenimiento de equipos electromecánicos, de acuerdo con los planes de inspección y pruebas establecidos por el contratista. Asegurar que todas las instalaciones se realicen de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas, los estándares de seguridad y las mejores prácticas de la industria. Inspeccionar y evaluar regularmente los sistemas electromecánicos para garantizar su funcionamiento eficiente y seguro. Coordinar con otros supervisores y gerentes del proyecto para asegurar que las actividades electromecánicas se alineen con los cronogramas generales de construcción y con las necesidades de otros equipos. Resolver problemas técnicos y operacionales, proporcionando soluciones efectivas y rápidas para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y garantizar la continuidad del Proyecto. Responsables de la identificación de los equipos y/o sistemas de largo tiempo de entrega, su repercusión en el programa de construcción y con las demás disciplinas del proyecto. Responsable de la coordinación y logística del suministro e instalación de los diferentes equipos de su disciplina. Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento del programa de construcción aprobado y la actualización de este en caso de ser necesario. Responsables de vigilar el cumplimiento de la normativa nacional y en caso de no existir, apegarse a los estándares internacionales aplicables. Responsable de la identificación de las distintas ordenes de cambio que puedan surgir, ya sea en tiempo y/o costo, documentarlas y darles seguimiento. Responsables de la coordinación y solución de interferencias para la instalación de bancos de ductos y/o instalaciones subterráneas requeridas en el proyecto. Capacitar y desarrollar al personal técnico en prácticas de trabajo seguras, uso adecuado de herramientas y técnicas. Preparar y presentar informes técnicos y de progreso a la gerencia del proyecto, detallando el estado de las instalaciones electromecánicas y cualquier desafío o mejora sugerida. Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones ambientales y de seguridad en el manejo y disposición de materiales y residuos generados durante las actividades electromecánicas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la calidad de los trabajos respecto a la ingeniería y recepción de los sistema electromecánicos, respecto a la revisión de materiales, pruebas, aprobaciones, certificados. Qualifications Ingeniero Mecánico o electromecánico o afín con + 4 años equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación Requisitos preferentes: 6 años de experiencia en supervisión de instalaciones electromecánicas. Experiencia en proyectos de Data Center e industriales Experiencia en Manejo de instalaciones Mecánicas, Hidrosanitarias, Especiales, Aire Acondicionado y Contra Incendio. Pruebas técnicas de las instalaciones, conocimiento de la normatividad local e internacional de los sistemas mecánicos como HVAC, Contra Incendios, etc. Additional Information Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
