Responsable de planificar, diseñar y controlar las operaciones de perforación y voladura en proyectos de minería, construcción y actividades relacionadas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas, estándares de seguridad y lineamientos corporativos, con el fin de optimizar la eficiencia operativa y asegurar el logro de los objetivos y planes establecidos. Desarrollar planes de perforación y voladura para proyectos específicos. Diseñar patrones de perforación y voladura para optimizar la fragmentación y minimizar daños. Supervisar y dirigir operaciones de perforación y voladura en el sitio. Asegurarse de que las operaciones se realicen de manera segura y eficiente. Analizar resultados de perforación y voladura para identificar áreas de mejora. Implementar cambios para optimizar la eficiencia y reducir costos. Asegurarse de que las operaciones de perforación y voladura se realicen de manera segura y respetuosa con el medio ambiente. Identificar y mitigar riesgos potenciales. Supervisar y dirigir a personal de perforación y voladura. Gestionar recursos (equipos, materiales, etc.) para asegurar la eficiencia de las operaciones.
