Planificar, organizar y controlar la gestión del Área de Planeamiento Elaborar y controlar el Plan de Minado a corto, mediano y largo plazo Elaborar y controlar el Programa mensual y anual de Producción y Avances. Participar en la elaboración y control del plan diario, planes semanales y mensuales de producción. Evaluar la viabilidad técnica-Económica y controlar los proyectos de exploración, desarrollo, preparación y explotación. Elaborar el diseño de minado. Diseño de mallas de perforación de taladros largos. Supervisar el cumplimiento de los diferentes Procedimientos y Estándares en seguridad y el cuidado del Medio Ambiente en los diversos procesos. Definir procesos productivos con objetivos y metas a cumplir del área de Planeamiento y Topografía. Participación y elaboración del cálculo de reservas minerales. Participación y elaboración del LOM. Evaluación y control del costo de minado Realizar ordenes de trabajo, revisar IPERC, inspecciones al personal que está a su cargo.
