Job Description Funciones: Ejecutar servicios de mantenimiento preventivo mediante la planificación de un calendario de visitas programadas y una comunicación efectiva con los usuarios. Realizar instalaciones de instrumentos para laboratorio. Coordinar y ejecutar visitas de preinstalación e instalación, programadas con clientes y usuarios. Ejecutar servicios de mantenimiento correctivo. Implementar soluciones efectivas siguiendo los lineamientos y procedimientos del departamento. Realizar viajes en todo el territorio mexicano, Centroamérica y Caribe. Dar seguimiento al programa de servicios preventivos y correctivos. Colaborar activamente con los ingenieros del departamento, compartiendo conocimientos y experiencias para fortalecer el aprendizaje continuo y la capacitación del equipo. Cumplir activamente con los procesos del departamento de servicio técnico, apegándose a los lineamientos y a los procedimientos del departamento y de la compañía. Requisitos: Título universitario en Ingeniería Biomédica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o Ingeniería Electrónica. Inglés intermedio. Experiencia de 1-2 años en reparación y funcionamiento de maquinaria. Experiencia en maquinaria/material de laboratorio. Disponibilidad para un esquema de trabajo del 90% del tiempo en campo atendiendo clientes. Disponibilidad para viajar 80% (viajes en la República Mexicana, Centroamérica y el Caribe). Experiencia con el usuario final. Responsibilities

The Junior Technical Service Engineer is responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as installing laboratory instruments. They must coordinate site visits, travel extensively across Mexico and the Caribbean, and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with company procedures.
