Job Description We are seeking a talented Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales skills to provide innovative solutions to our clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the industrial sector Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for client needs Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Travel within the Santiago de Querétaro region to meet with clients and attend industry events Contribute to the development of new products and services based on market feedback Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) Knowledge of industrial equipment and processes Understanding of local market trends and customer needs in Santiago de Querétaro and surrounding areas Ability to analyze complex technical information and explain it clearly to non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region Additional Information La posición tiene responsabilidad en Querétaro, S.L.P. y Guanajuato.
