¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Realizar informas de evaluaciones geomecánicas del diseño de las excavaciones (avances, producción, rehabilitación), utilizando métodos empiricos, analíticos y numéricos, a fin de, asegurar la estabilidad de las excavaciones Realizar Mapeos y Logueos Geomecanicos Realizar informes de los resultados de instrumentacion geotécnica (TDR, Monitoreo microsismico, medicion de convergencias,etc) Realizar seguimiento al control de calidad de la instalacion del sostenimiento (shotcrete, pernos, malla electrosoldada, cimbras, arcos noruegos, cable bolting, etc), a fin de, asegurar la estabilidad del macizo rocoso Realizar recomendaciones geomecanicas del sostenimiento en las labores de avance, producción, mantenimiento y rehabilitacion; según la calidad y condiciones geoestructurales del macizo rocoso Realizar una interacción permanente con las areas de planeamiento y operaciones mina en relación a los proyectos de diseño de las excavaciones Realizar seguimiento de los estandares de sostenimiento en las excavaciones Controlar y optimizar los recursos de sostenimiento Otras funciones asignadas por su supervisor inmediato ¿Qué estamos buscando? Ingeniero(a) colegiado y habilitado de la carrera de Ingeniería de Minas, Geología o similares. Experiencia mínima 5 años en funciones similares. Responsibilities

The Senior Geomechanical Engineer will perform geomechanical evaluations for excavation designs using empirical, analytical, and numerical methods to ensure stability, and will conduct geomechanical mapping and loggings. Responsibilities also include monitoring geotechnical instrumentation results and overseeing the quality control of ground support installation.
