MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one year of experience as an IT service administrator.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Graduate in technical careers in systems or a bachelor’s degree in systems, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications in operating systems, virtualization, databases, networks, and/or related services.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Customer-oriented.
• Teamwork readiness.
• Availability to work on-site during night shifts.

• Manage Intel servers, Microsoft, Linux, and VMware technologies, application platforms, containers, databases, and IT security, aligned with IT service management under ITIL best practices.
• Keep the IT asset inventory up to date, including Intel servers, Microsoft, Linux, and VMware technologies, application platforms, databases, and licenses.
• Handle incidents, requests, problems, and events while adhering to service levels under ITIL best practices.
• Assess platform improvements, manage emergency changes, track progress, and report status changes.
• Propose, execute, and document configuration changes focused on security.
• Perform baseline configurations according to configuration management procedures.
• Deploy, install, and configure patches and/or security updates.
• Evaluate and remediate vulnerabilities detected by vendors, vulnerability analysis reports, or other cyber intelligence sources.
• Analyze capacity requirements, forecast demand, and enhance performance.
• Identify risks related to implemented servers and platforms, conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analyses, plan mitigation strategies, and respond to risks.
• Assess current availability, performance, and capacity, monitor availability and capacity, and plan requirements for new services or improvements.
• Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance according to the quarterly maintenance schedule, and present maintenance outcome reports.
• Keep servers and endpoints updated with the latest operating system and software versions, and provide a monthly report on equipment obsolescence.
