Le département Qualité Fournisseurs propose des stages destinés à des étudiants motivés souhaitant contribuer à la fiabilisation des pièces achetées, à la performance des fournisseurs, et à la gestion de la qualité tout au long de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Lieu : Renault Casablanca – SOMACA, Maroc Durée : 4 à 6 mois Profil : Bac+5 Qualité, Génie Industriel, Supply Chain, Méthodes, Métrologie. Compétences souhaitées : • Outils qualité : AMDEC, 8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, SPC • Connaissance des processus fournisseurs & supply chain • Analyse de défaillance, non-qualité et mise en place d’actions correctives • Maîtrise des normes qualité : ISO 9001, audits fournisseurs • Capacité d’analyse et interprétation de données (PPM, taux défauts, audits) Missions principales : • Contribuer au traitement des non-conformités fournisseurs : ouverture 8D, suivi des plans d’actions, vérification d’efficacité • Participer aux audits fournisseurs (sur site ou documentaires) et formaliser les rapports associés • Analyser les indicateurs Qualité Fournisseurs : PPM, taux de retours, incidents logistiques • Participer à la qualification des pièces nouvelles : dossiers PPAP, échantillons initiaux, homologation • Réaliser des contrôles métrologiques ou visuels sur pièces fournisseurs selon les besoins ateliers • Contribuer à des projets transverses : amélioration du flux logistique, réduction de non-qualité, fiabilisation documentaire • Collaborer avec les départements internes (Montage, Tôlerie, Logistique…) pour sécuriser la qualité des composants Job Family Quality & Customer Satisfaction Contract Duration Renault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves. Responsibilities
