Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who will act as the technical backbone of our sales efforts. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, demonstrating the power of our Voice AI solutions through tailored product demos, technical deep dives, and solution design for prospective customers. Your ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities will be essential in winning new customers and driving the adoption of our technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling technical demos and product presentations that highlight value to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical environments (e.g., PMS and Booking Engine integrations, APIs, IT infrastructure) and map our solutions to their needs.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, addressing questions, concerns, and integration requirements.
  • Assist in creating custom demo environments and proof-of-concepts to showcase our product’s impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Stay ahead of product updates, integration capabilities, and industry trends to bring fresh insights to both prospects and internal teams.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to influence product roadmap and improve technical sales collateral.
