GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

You would be responsible to improve the reliability of engine controls in the aftermarket, by leading investigations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the focal point of contact for customer engineering
• Establish clear priority to the technical specialist
• Prepare, and present the LRU reliability data
• Act as the coordinator to determine the need for investigation for the reported field events
• Lead effectively the investigation of LRU unplanned removal for root cause and corrective action plan
• Reviewing supplier data, identifying gaps and come up with an action plan
• Meet the target dates for component maintenance manual) review, validation, and approve
• Provide the required support to engineering changes, overhaul shop, and quality
