Il s’agit d’un poste contractuel/temporaire offrant un taux horaire de 50 $, où vous serez responsable de diriger une équipe performante, de gérer des projets et d’assurer la satisfaction des clients dans l’ensemble de la grande région de Montréal.

EXIGENCES :

• Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler et à résider au Canada.
• Formation postsecondaire en domotique, CVC, sécurité ou protection incendie (baccalauréat en génie du bâtiment, électrique, mécanique ou industriel - un atout).
• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en domotique, CVC, sécurité ou protection incendie, avec une capacité avérée à diriger une équipe.
• Expérience en mécanique du bâtiment, particulièrement dans les systèmes CVC incluant la climatisation, le chauffage (à combustion) et les contrôleurs mécaniques/pneumatiques.
• Connaissance des systèmes d’exploitation du bâtiment tels que le contrôle numérique direct, le contrôle d’accès, la vidéosurveillance, la détection d’incendie, l’intégration, l’informatique et la mise en réseau.
• Bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit).
• Permis de conduire valide et autorisation légale de travailler et de résider au Canada.
• Solides compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle, avec la capacité d’influencer à différents niveaux organisationnels.
• Capacité démontrée à travailler de façon autonome et en collaboration.
• Capacité à appliquer efficacement les normes établies de l’industrie.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Postsecondary education in home automation, HVAC, security, or fire protection (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial - preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in home automation, HVAC, security, or fire protection, with proven ability to lead a team.
• Experience in building mechanics, particularly HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating (combustion), and mechanical/pneumatic controllers.
• Knowledge of building operating systems such as direct digital control, access control, video surveillance, fire detection, integration, IT, and networking.
