• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the MRO operations of gas turbines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives
• Support & coordinate tasks within engineering and other stakeholders
• 3 D Modelling & VR/AR Technologies: Augmented Reality Integration: Lead the integration of AR technologies into MRO processes, focusing on improving accuracy, reducing downtime. Design and implement applications that provide real-time guidance and support during maintenance and repair activities.
• Oversee digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the areas of digital technologies, AR, and gas turbine maintenance
