QUALIFICATION DES FOURNISSEURS ET DES PRODUITS

  • Examiner les plans de fabrication (MPP) et les plans de contrôle pour chaque projet.
  • Réaliser des analyses de risques fournisseurs et produits, et proposer des stratégies d’atténuation (ex. : expédition, inspection, supervision).
  • Superviser la fabrication lors de la qualification de la première pièce (FPQ) et effectuer des analyses de capacité de processus pour les caractéristiques critiques (CTQ).

SUPPLIER & PRODUCT QUALIFICATION

  • Review Manufacturing Process Plans (MPP) and control plans for each project.
  • Perform supplier and product risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies (e.g., expediting, inspection, supervision).
  • Supervise manufacturing during First Piece Qualification (FPQ) and conduct process capability analysis for Critical to Quality (CTQ) characteristics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Engineering degree in Metallurgy or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in quality roles and in manufacturing roles related to welding and machining, including hands-on experience in a machine shop.
  • Strong knowledge of tight-tolerance machining, engineering drawings, metrology, and process planning.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or hands-on experience with ISO 9000 and international standards such as ASME, ISO, and DIN.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
  • Fluency in both French and in English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across North America (~40%).
