Responsibilities Piloter le scale‑up et le transfert des procédés depuis le labo/pilote vers l’industrie. Concevoir & optimiser les unités (distillation, réaction, séparation…). Réaliser bilans matière/énergie, simulations (Aspen, ProSim…), analyses de risques (HAZOP, AMDEC). Accompagner les démarrages industriels et la montée en charge. Collaborer avec production, qualité, HSE, maintenance. Contribuer à l’innovation et à la trajectoire carbone d’ADISSEO. Qualifications Bac+5 en génie chimique / génie des procédés. Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en industrialisation, scale-up ou mise en service. Solides compétences en modélisation, simulation et opérations unitaires. Connaissance HSE et documentation technique. Anglais professionnel. Soft Skills Esprit d’analyse, autonomie, communication transverse, adaptabilité et goût pour les environnements industriels dynamiques.
