Description:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Life and Health Insurance Domain BSA SQL Ingenium (5+ years of experience on Ingenium Policy Administration System is MUST)
  • 5+ years of experience on Ingenium Policy Administration System is MUST.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT and Business Sys.
  • 5+ years of experience in life & health domain.
  • 5+ years of experience on Ingenium Policy Administration System is MUST.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading, analyzing, capturing and reviewing the business requirements, process flow using requirement modeling tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in preparing technical specification, documenting business rules, exception scenarios, rejection scenarios, error handling etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL and data analysis.
  • Strong experience and proficiency in creation of Requirement artifacts such as Use Case, Use Case Diagrams, Business Rules, Data Catalog, User Interface Specifications.
  • Excellent communication skill, able to visualize the solution from business and technology perspective.
  • Experience in driving implementation leading to rich end user experience.
  • Certification in Life Insurance will be an added advantage
  • You will be accountable for gathering, documenting and reviewing the business requirements to ensure project team has agreed and signed-off on the requirements.
  • You will be capturing the business requirements and translate it to technical requirements
  • You will be assisting development team to design the solution. · Work cordially with other internal IT partners and project team members
  • Provide status on the assigned user stories/Jira tickets during Scrum Calls

GENERIC MANAGERIAL SKILLS :

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and leadership abilities to lead integrated teams in project activities.
  • Provide solutions to the technical/implementation team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under pressure with little or no supervision.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
