JOB SUMMARY

The Ingredient Purchasing Manager oversees ingredient inventory, purchasing, and delivery for company-owned mills. This role manages supply chain processes, improves purchasing methods, and handles inventory as part of the egg production team. The manager works on vendor relationships, team collaboration, and improving supply chain operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage teams
• Strong communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in agricultural or food production industries
• Knowledge of feed ingredient purchasing and inventory
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP or ISM CPSM
