Inhouse ERP Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Consulting and support for specialist departments in the use and application of the ERP system
• Examination of existing business processes as well as identification and implementation of optimization potentials
• Providing support to users for technical and system-related questions, as well as analyzing and resolving any malfunctions that occur.
• Recording, review and implementation of requirements for the adaptation and further development of the ERP system
• Preparation and updating of key figures, reports, analyses and system documentation
• Support in the planning and execution of ERP projects as well as in the further development of internal processes.
• Translation of functional requirements into technical solutions and their implementation within the ERP system.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field
• Practical experience in the support or consulting environment of an ERP system, ideally with abas ERP
• Basic knowledge of software development or programming
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense for time and project planning.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and a pronounced team orientation
• Willingness to undertake occasional project-related business trips
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
