Job Descriptions Requirements :  Minimum D3 in Any Major/ Sales Representative major GPA minimum 2,75 Minimum 1 years experience in Freshgraduates (External Candidates)Sales Experience/ Mechanic (Internal Candidates)   Responsibilities:  - Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow, including conducting customer credit assessments in accordance with collection procedures. - Maintain accurate and up to date customer data, call activities, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline information in the system to support effective planning, including market conditions, and competitor activity. - Coordinate opportunities requiring customer visits or intensive consultation with the supervisor for assignment to the designated PPSR in the appropriate territory, resulting in proper handling and follow up of opportunities. - Validate opportunities from multiple channels (Marketing Leads, Product Manager, Major Account, etc.) to ensure qualified opportunities are followed up or assigned to the designated PPSR. - Report call activity results into the system within 1×24 hours and escalate urgent cases immediately to the supervisor, resulting in accurate, timely, and up to date activity records to support effective monitoring. - Plan and conduct tele sales and customer contact activities to ensure coverage in the assigned territory, including validate customer needs align with other opportunities from multi channels, explain product offerings, pricing, promotions, and payment me - Create plan activities refer to customer list allocated (Dormant, New and special decision customers) to create plan execution.
