We’re looking for full-stack engineers to develop virtual account platform in the financial technology business. The person will be helping the back end and front end development of the platform and are a critical part of the success of the development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Operation and Maintenance Apps role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining application systems, addressing user complaints, and supporting the development team. This role requires strong analytical skills, a basic understanding of server management, and effective communication skills to resolve issues and support end users efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:USER COMPLAINT HANDLING: RECEIVE, ANALYZE, AND RESOLVE USER COMPLAINTS RELATED TO APPLICATIONS VIA WHATSAPP, EMAIL, OR TICKETING.DATABASE AND LOG ANALYSIS: REVIEW AND ANALYZE LOGS AND DATABASE ENTRIES TO DIAGNOSE ISSUES. BASIC MYSQL SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR TROUBLESHOOTING.DAILY SYSTEM CHECKS: CONDUCT REGULAR CHECKS ON THE DATABASE AND SERVER TO ENSURE SMOOTH APPLICATION FUNCTIONALITY.SERVER MAINTENANCE: ACCESS SERVERS VIA SSH FOR ROUTINE MONITORING AND LOG RETRIEVAL, MAINTAINING OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE.FOLLOW-UP AND COORDINATION: LIAISE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM WHEN ISSUES REQUIRE FURTHER ESCALATION OR ADDITIONAL SUPPORT.REPORT GENERATION: PREPARE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REPORTS ON APPLICATION STATUS, COMPLAINT RESOLUTIONS, AND MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
