Your mission Job Title Inhouse Sales Manager Position, Location, Department Full-time | Munich | Sales Europe Position Summary The Inhouse Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of commercial activities and customer orders across the sales lifecycle. The role acts as a key operational interface between customers, Sales, and internal departments to ensure accurate contract execution, order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up. The position supports assigned customers and sales teams by managing commercial administration, coordinating internal processes, maintaining accurate system data, and ensuring timely communication throughout the order fulfilment process. Reporting Line Reports to Regional Sales Director (EU) and Sales Support Officer (HQ) Major Responsibilities Commercial & Order Execution Support the execution of customer contracts from contract signature through delivery completion and payment collection Coordinate order processing, production planning, shipment arrangements, and delivery follow-up Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders Support customer enquiries related to order execution, delivery schedules, and contract fulfilment Sales Support & Customer Coordination Support Sales teams and customers by preparing and coordinating commercial and technical documentation Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements, technical clarifications, after-sales topics, and contractual matters Assist with quotation updates, customer documentation, and commercial follow-up activities Maintain professional communication with assigned customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process Systems & Process Management Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, ERP, and other business systems Ensure contract, order, shipment, and customer information is properly documented and recorded Support reporting requirements, sales administration activities, and operational data management Contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes and operational efficiency Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical, Customer Service, and Headquarters teams to ensure smooth order execution Support issue resolution and escalation management related to contract execution and customer deliveries Participate in internal meetings, customer meetings, exhibitions, and other business activities as required Performance Indicators Accuracy and timeliness of contract and order processing Order fulfilment and delivery coordination performance Payment collection support and follow-up effectiveness Data accuracy within CRM, ERP, and reporting systems Customer and internal stakeholder responsiveness Cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency Your profile Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Economics, Renewable Energy, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, commercial operations, customer service, or a related role Experience within the renewable energy, solar, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an advantage Strong understanding of order management, contract administration, and customer support processes Fluent in English and Chinese (C1: professional working proficiency); additional European languages are an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with CRM and ERP systems Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and coordination skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Proactive and solution-oriented working style Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capability Travel Requirement Occasional travel within Europe as required Why us?
