Onze klant is het Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid (NIPV), dat namens de Werkgeversvereniging Samenwerkende Veiligheidsregio’s (WVSV) een expertisepool zoekt voor de functie van Specialist Functioneel Leeftijdsontslag (FLO). Deze rol is cruciaal voor het bieden van inhoudelijk advies en beleidsvoorbereiding binnen de veiligheidsregio’s. >> DEADLINE VOOR INSCHRIJVINGEN: 18/02/2026 <<< DEADLINE & ARBEIDSVOORWAARDEN Start opdracht: 9-3-2026 Einde opdracht: 08-10-2026, met optie tot 4 verlengingen van ieder 7 maanden Aantal uren: per periode 250 uur Standplaats: Arnhem/Hybride WAAROM DEZE OPDRACHT? De WVSV maakt bindende afspraken over de arbeidsvoorwaarden voor het personeel van Veiligheidsregio’s. De expertisepool is opgericht om inhoudelijk advies te leveren en de organisatie te ondersteunen in beleidsvoorbereiding. SCOPE VAN DE BAAN Als Specialist FLO ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Beleidsvoorbereiding en advisering aan secretaris en bestuur. Leveren van expertise over FLO en het FLO-overgangsrecht. Volgen en duiden van fiscale wetgeving en ontwikkelingen binnen P&O/SA. Beantwoorden van uitvoeringsvragen en verzorgen van (collectieve/individuele) voorlichting. (Alle werkzaamheden zijn gericht op inhoudelijk advies en beleidsvoorbereiding — niet op operationele uitvoering.) OMSCHRIJVING VAN DEZE BAAN In deze rol werk je nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders binnen de veiligheidsregio’s en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van complexe wetgeving naar praktische adviezen. Je biedt ondersteuning aan de secretaris en het bestuur en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie goed geïnformeerd is over relevante ontwikkelingen. MINIMUMVEREISTEN Ervaring met beleidsvoorbereiding en advisering binnen een publieke organisatie. Diepgaande kennis van het Functioneel Leeftijdsontslag en aanverwante wetgeving. Ervaring met fiscale wetgeving en ontwikkelingen binnen P&O/SA. DOEL VAN DE OPDRACHT Het doel van deze opdracht is om de WVSV te ondersteunen met deskundig advies en beleidsvoorbereiding, zodat zij effectief kunnen inspelen op de behoeften van de veiligheidsregio’s en hun personeel. Responsibilities

The Specialist FLO is responsible for policy preparation and providing substantive advice to the secretary and board regarding Functional Age Retirement (FLO) and related transitional law. This includes monitoring and interpreting fiscal legislation and P&O/SA developments, and handling implementation questions and providing information.
