• Proficiency with Ladder Logic and PLC programming.
• Robotics and industrial electrical experience is beneficial.
• Read and interpret technical electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Expertise in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Skilled with programmable controls and system modifications.

YOUR ROLE:

We’re seeking experienced professionals to enhance our maintenance division. Your expertise in servicing plastic injection molding machinery is invaluable. As part of our team, you’ll tackle complex repairs on hydraulic and electric systems with precision. Independent problem-solving skills are crucial, as is the ability to make informed, autonomous decisions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee maintenance and repair of injection molding equipment.
• Keep meticulous equipment logs and report activities accurately.
• Manage repairs of hydraulic systems, HVAC, conveyors, and pneumatic circuits.
• Exhibit strong troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication skills.
• Solve machinery and control system issues.
• Adhere to OSHA and ANSI safety protocols.
• Service and troubleshoot auxiliary and control systems.
• Diagnose and address maintenance issues proactively.
