SUMMARY

Responsible for the development and improvement of processes to increase efficiency and quality of operations. Provides the overall process design and suggested measures for improvement of manufacturing, thereby increasing productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Experience:

• Plastics injection molding: 5 years (Preferred)
• Automotive engineering: 5 years (Preferred

· Establishes and maintains process & process parameters for operations.
· Develop or revise work instructions, check sheets & other process documentation.
· Conducts & coordinates tests on systems to evaluate efficiency of the production process until implementation.
· Works with equipment designers and manufacturing to develop cost-effective and working production processes for new products.
· Oversees process design projects to make sure that the projects are completed on time.
· Follows all safety and personal protective equipment requirements while maintaining a clean work environment.
· Interfaces with suppliers, customers and other necessary personnel.
· Support TS16949 initiatives.
· Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
