ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee plastics manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing production activities, troubleshooting molding and automation issues, and ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in plastics processing and proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise daily injection molding operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
  • Oversee mold installation, process start-up, and shut-down activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding, automation, and process controls.
  • Monitor and maintain process parameters to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to hourly team members.
  • Address personnel matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and process audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Ensure accurate and timely production reporting.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, health, and safety standards.
