POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assembly Machine Operator is responsible for operating the Assembly and Molding machines. In addition, the operator troubleshoots minor operating difficulties including: analyzing machine operations, inspection of products, locating troublesome elements within machines, and making necessary adjustments to eliminate quality variations and malfunctions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· High School Diploma
· Must be able to maintain good attendance.
· Must be able to differentiate between colors.
· Basic math skills
· Demonstrated understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment.
· Works well under tight deadlines.
· Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
· Ability to successfully complete all required training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

• Ability to distinguish between different colors and shades of color.
• Ability to detect small defects as in scratches, dents, smudges, etc.
