We manufacture high-end, innovative interior polymer-based components, modules, and systems with integrated electronics, such as ventilation systems, smart surfaces, and lighting modules. As a supplier and development partner, we manufacture for renowned automobile producers such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Subaru, and Volvo.

SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Injection Molding Technology Manager to lead key operational areas within our Injection Molding Technology Department. This role oversees Injection Molding Process Technicians, Mold Industrialization & Optimization team, and Materials Handling teams. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day mold setups, improving cycle times, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement throughout the department.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, high product quality, and seamless production support.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of management or leadership experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical background in:
  • 7+year experience in Injection molding process setup and optimization
  • 7+ year experience in automotive plastic manufacturing
  • Experience/familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, VDA 6.5, Specific customer requirements and customer audits
  • Automation systems
  • Materials management
  • Continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Project planning and execution

  • Proficient in project management tools and manufacturing systems.
