We’re looking for an Injury Management Advisor to join our national team, supporting people to recover and return to meaningful work. Based in Melbourne or North Sydney, you’ll be a trusted partner to employees, leaders, safety teams and health professionals, helping deliver positive outcomes across both physical and psychological injuries. Why this role No two days are the same - you’ll manage a mix of RTW plans, income protection and fitness-for-work. Work across a broad portfolio including power, renewables, rail, water, telco, oil & gas and defence. Be the trusted expert that site teams rely on for guidance and support. Make a real difference helping people navigate recovery and return to work. About the role You’ll take ownership of a varied caseload and support our people through the full injury management lifecycle. This includes workers’ compensation, income protection and fitness-for-work assessments across both physical and psychological injuries. You’ll deliver supportive, compliant and practical outcomes, with autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Key responsibilities Developing and guiding return-to-work plans with site teams. Managing workers’ compensation and income protection cases end-to-end. Liaising with medical and allied health providers to support recovery. Supporting fitness-for-work assessments and pre-employment medicals.
