ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for providing expert guidance on injury management, rehabilitation, and occupational health, ensuring employees receive the support they need to safely return to work. This role will be responsible for managing ACC claims, coaching people leaders, and driving early intervention programs, while partnering with payroll, external agencies, and internal health & safety teams to deliver best-practice rehabilitation and support to our workforce.
