About the role Collaborating with claims operations and treatment providers to develop strategies for reducing the human and financial costs to Allianz through structured injury management practices Establishing and maintaining provider management strategies and relationships to enable support to the business Ensure timely management of all medical & like requests and approvals to APA standards Ensure high level customer service to all stakeholders involved in the medical & like processes including worker, WorkSafe, medical advisors & employers Coaching and mentoring claims teams About you Extensive experience in injury management relating to occupational rehabilitation, claims management and/or return to work Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditation Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation Coaching and mentoring experience Demonstrated ability to use clinical reasoning for decision making A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape Benefits and perks Inclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day!
