Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an Injury Prevention Specialist to join our high-performing team and deliver impactful onsite services across a diverse client portfolio. The Role Reporting to the Head of Injury Prevention, you will deliver onsite injury prevention services that reduce risk, improve movement quality, and drive sustainable behaviour change. You’ll partner closely with WHS teams, leaders, and workers to create safer workplaces through assessment, education, and intervention. Key Responsibilities Injury Prevention & Onsite Services Conduct Job Task Analyses (JTA) across varied roles and environments Identify physical, cognitive, and psychosocial risk factors Deliver onsite physiotherapy and early intervention services Facilitate behavioural coaching programs using wearable tech Provide real-time feedback to workers and leaders Assessments & Reporting Conduct pre-employment and functional assessments Complete workplace and functional capacity assessments Produce high-quality, evidence-based reports within SLA timeframes Client Engagement Build strong relationships with WHS teams and site leaders Provide data-driven insights and reporting on trends and outcomes Manage a consistent flow of onsite work across multiple clients Program Development & Innovation Support the development of new injury prevention initiatives Contribute to psychosocial risk assessments and frameworks Help continuously improve existing programs and service delivery About You Qualified Physiotherapist or Allied Health Professional (AHPRA/ESSA registered) Minimum 2+ years’ experience in occupational rehab, clinical, or WHS environments Strong understanding of injury prevention and psychosocial frameworks Confident delivering onsite services and engaging with diverse stakeholders Highly organised, autonomous, and outcome-driven What Success Looks Like Delivering high-quality onsite services with measurable impact Building trusted client relationships Achieving daily billable targets (6 hours/day including travel) Contributing to innovative, evidence-based prevention programs Next Steps Apply now or email Sarah at careers@prudencerehab.com.au with your cover letter explaining why you’re the right fit for our team.
