Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Bachelor's of Science in Health or related field. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 2 years recent relevant experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of local community and community agencies Medical terminology Knowledge of Computer software including (word, excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with professional desktop publishing (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PageMaker) software Website development : Teamsite and Sharepoint Grant Writing Public speaking Must possess verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders. Ability to express complex issues in understandable ways. Must be able to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently. Ability to anticipate proactively resolve issues. Ability to recognize and take advantage of opportunities that will enhance the injury prevention program and the image of the Trauma Center and assigned Affiliate. Organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and respond quickly and effectively.
