Description

Collaborate with Process and Equipment Engineer to establish automation design concepts and specifications, communications protocol, response plan and redundancy to achieve the required product specifications. Manage automation hardware and software documentation, standards, revisions, and roll outs. Ensure ‘same ink' quality & performance level with partner side. Establish automation plan and execute to meet new manufacturing requirements. Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution. Develop and execute Smart Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 strategies for the manufacturing site. Work with IT teams for Project Implementations. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope Experience in having direct responsibilities in manufacturing automation. Experience in MES systems for Manufacturing Environments. Experience in Various Industrial Communications protocols Experience in script programming skills such as C++/C#/SQL/.Net is preferred. Experience in AWS, MS Azure Platforms and IoT Protocols for Manufacturing Projects. Ability to employ engineering tools and software to automate manufacturing processes.
