An Inn Operations Manager helps support the Innkeeper with day-to-day functions. The job blends hospitality, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving along with administrative work. Key Responsibilities: Guest experience oversight: Ensuring check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions are smooth and welcoming. Front desk supervision: Training and guiding front desk staff, handling escalated guest issues, and maintaining service standards. Housekeeping coordination: Inspecting rooms and communicating with housekeeping teams. Scheduling & staffing: Creating staff schedules, monitoring attendance, and supporting hiring or onboarding. Inventory & supplies: Tracking linens, amenities, cleaning products, and ordering replacements when needed. Financial tasks: Handling petty cash, distribution of gratuities to The Front desk staff.
