Serve as a member of the I&A team to help advance innovation efforts across the areas of exploration, ideation and testing in aiding projects to move into the development, launch and execution phase within the market.

  • Work with I&A colleagues and key stakeholders to identify new ideas surrounding potential products and solutions to advance through the innovation lifecycle
  • Be able to support and help accelerate a product/solution team through exploration, ideation and testing, with potential additional support in the areas of development, launch and scale to market
  • Source, evaluate and craft partnerships with innovative start-ups with capabilities adjacent to WTW that add value to our clients
  • Provide project management and operational task support related to innovation projects and work across the team
  • Use a consultative, flexible and agile approach to each project and opportunity
  • Support early innovation and ideation facilitation and team discussion through curated research and prepared materials
  • Engage in all aspects of the testing phase including collecting client/market insights, product viability assessments, financial/business plan modeling and business case development – learning where needed
  • Support the design and delivery of world class sales enablement tools, processes, and training
  • Provide lead data gathering and analysis to develop targeted lists of prospects
  • Support sales enablement and distribution of a new or expanding solution where applicable
  • Support teamwork with a variety of stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment, influence without authority, engage and excite and deliver measurable and tangible value
  • Keep client at the center of all activities, thinking, and ultimate goals
  • Help build a pipeline of projects across the team through building relationships with key stakeholders and proactively seeking opportunities to accelerate and deliver value
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, virtual environmen
