1.Knowledge and Experiences Required

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in AI-driven marketing or product management, with a strong understanding of creative processes and technology integration
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, and some no-code (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Dify, etc.)
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative AI solutions
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and creative production with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Experience with project management, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the development and delivery of AI-driven solutions for marketing and creative teams
• Translate business problems into creative AI use cases (and vice versa)
• Build and manage small cross-functional “tiger teams” for pilots and prototypes
• Present complex ideas simply and persuasively to internal and client stakeholders
• Stay on top of AI trends, tools, and edge cases—and know when to not chase shiny things
• Play pre-mortem: anticipate roadblocks, regulatory, ethical, or team resistance
• Keep the train on the rails: timelines, comms, quality, momentum
