The Opportunity Your Impact It is a temporary position The role of innovation & Commercialization Sr Analyst to enable PepsiCo's accelerated growth by rapid development and flawless execution of Fewer, Bigger, Better innovation. This role is required to lead mostly Innovation and Commercial Change initiatives (Revenue Management agenda, pep+ agenda, brand stewardship and others) and drive cross functional teams towards challenging execution goals. Responsibilities Effectively engage, communicate and influence cross funcional teams to deliver on complex Innovation and Commercial Change initiatives ensuring alignment and flawless execution. Ensure all projects are driven through relevant stages gate process both internal and externally and follow post-launch. Develop strong relationships to align timelines and manage deliverables on time and in full – this requires the ability to hold stakeholders accountable. Responsible for driving PepsiCo Stage Gate process and ensuring inputs and timelines. Responsible for communicating milestones, risks and mitigation plans to key stakeholders including Senior Leadership. Own MyInnovation data integrity and ensure quality inputs and compliance in line with Global requirements and business KPIs. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? It is a temporary position High level of business acumen, must be commercially savvy with strong analytical skills. Proven project leadership/management skills, ability to manage complex functional interdependencies in project timelines. Able to function in a heavily matrixed environment across levels and functions. Bachelors degree, minimum 2-3 years experience.
