INNOVATION COORDINATOR NEEDED

As part of our continued transformation and partnership with Transcend Education, HCS is seeking internal candidates to serve as Innovation Coordinator for the 2025–2026 school year. This person will help champion and coordinate our work in building a more learner centered environment aligned with our school’s vision and Transcend’s guiding principles.
The Innovation Coordinator will lead and support the work of the HCS Innovation Council (Program Council) and Design Teams, collaborating closely with administration, educators, and student leaders. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about educational innovation and equity, grounded in CVSD’s and HCS’s priorities of Identity, Connection, Proficiency, and Direction (ICPD) and enhancing student engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the HCS Innovation Council, including planning agendas, capturing insights, and tracking progress across teams and support the work of the Design Teams in focus areas:
