IME is seeking an Innovation Coordinator to support the adoption and growth of technology across the organization. This role will assist in maintaining and enhancing the Innovation Team’s tools and processes, providing hands-on experience with industry-leading software and contributing to the digital transformation of construction operations.
What You’ll Do:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Interest in IT data structures and analytics for decision-making.
  • Problem-solving mindset with curiosity about business systems.

  • High ethical standards and professionalism.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools through coursework, internships, or projects.
  • Understanding construction or project management processes is a plus.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Internship or project experience with data management or business intelligence tools is beneficial.
    What You’ll Get:
    Working Conditions:
    The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment. Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

BENEFITS OVERVIEW:

IME provides an industry-leading comprehensive benefits package. Full-time employees are eligible to choose from a variety of healthcare coverage options, which become effective the first of the month after hire. In addition, employees are offered a substantial amount of PTO and are immediately eligible to make contributions to a generously matched and fully vested 401k.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

Data Analyst Support: Assist the Business Analyst with Power BI report modifications, permission updates, and basic data changes.
Learn data flow between SQL and applications to support data cleanup tasks.
Business Automation & Applications Support: Contributes to the development and maintenance of internal tools using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Document business processes and application workflows.
SQL Support: Help create and update SQL tables and views. Review and validate data for use in reports and applications.
Perform additional tasks assigned to support the Innovation Team.
