QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student or just graduated, preferably in Design, Product Design & Visual Communication or similar
  • Solid education and advanced experience in the creative development of communication tools
  • Passion for sports, culture/art, and design
  • Availability for travelling to our HQ in Albizzate (Varese) periodically
Responsibilities

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various tasks related to color strategy and development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Color Strategies: Assist the team in creating color palettes for various projects, ensuring they align with Vibram’s direction.
  • Ensuring Color Consistency: Work closely with your Manager/Tutor to maintain color consistency across all projects.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with the manager, designers, product developers, and marketing teams to align color choices with brand identity and product design. Understand market opportunities in regions such as EMEA, US, Asia, and Japan.
  • Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest color trends and innovations in color technology.
  • Providing Guidance: With your Manager/Tutor’s support, offer color guidance to other team members to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
  • Ensuring Accuracy: Collaborate with the Scouting & Development team to maintain color accuracy.
  • Research and Analysis: With the Manager, conduct research and analyze consumer color preferences through dedicated online/offline exhibitions, conventions, shows, and webinars.
  • Creating Presentations: Develop color presentations and reports for management and cross-functional teams.
  • Managing Resources: Oversee color libraries and databases to ensure they are current and accurate.
  • Design and Management: Support by the Manager/Tutor, design and manage the creation process of concepts or assigned projects, including materials and soles, in line with Vibram’s direction.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of your work.
  • Global Collaboration: Support the Manager/Tutor to work effectively with teams assigned in Asia, the USA, and the EU, adhering to lead times.
