For our department Global Research & Development and Innovation we are seeking to recruit an Innovation Manager (f/m/d).
In this role you will be responsible for establishing a global innovation network that promotes innovation and sustainability within the company. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating opportunities for innovative products, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company’s goals.
You will directly report to the position Vice President Global Research & Development and Innovation. Your place of work will be Leimen, near Heidelberg, Germany.
As an Innovation Manager (f/m/d), you will cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the company. Your role involves conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, evaluating innovative product ideas, and sharing best practices to add value.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company goals, develop compelling business cases, and identify startups with innovative solutions in the cement and concrete industry. Additionally, you will mentor startups and build a strong network with industry partners to explore sustainable construction opportunities.
