ABOUT THIS VACANCY

At TMC, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience by working on a wide range of complex technical challenges. Our projects vary in duration, from short-term assignments to long-term engagements. All of this takes place at companies in your region—active in industries ranging from aerospace to offshore.
For one of our clients, active in the space industry, we’re looking for an experienced Innovation Manager.

A short overview of your responsibilities include:

• Actively participating in the design and development of strategic roadmaps;
• managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
• leading a multidisciplinary team of 8 people;
• helping to develop the company to the next level.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

In addition to holding a completed Master’s degree (WO level), for example in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, and having at least 5 years of relevant experience in Innovation Management (preferably within the space industry), you also possess the following qualities:

• Proactive mindset - You take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• strong communication skills - You can clearly and effectively communicate in both Dutch and English, whether you’re speaking with colleagues or suppliers;
