We’re on a mission to help enterprises and individuals tell their stories in ways that inspire action. Role Overview We’re looking for an Innovation Marketer to join our team. This role is all about driving growth by building plans, launching new campaigns on cutting-edge platforms, and activating across multiple channels. You’ll combine creativity with strong Product Marketing Management (PMM) skills to position Powtoon in front of the right audiences at the right time. Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and initiatives Plan and launch campaigns across LLMs, innovation launch platforms, and other channel platforms Work with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment and support on multi-channel activation (email, social, content, events, etc.) Create positioning, messaging, and campaign assets that resonate with key audiences Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize for impact Collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and market fit Stay ahead of industry trends, testing and implementing new channels and tactics 5+ years in marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise tech Strong PMM skills - positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and cross-team alignment Hands-on experience running campaigns on LLMs, launch platforms (i.e. Product Hunt) or tech platforms marketplaces Proven track record in executing campaigns end-to-end, from planning to measurement Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving, innovative environment Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into action Native Level English - Must Nice to Have Experience in video, learning and development, or creative tech industries Familiarity with enterprise marketing channels and account-based marketing Startup or scale-up experience Opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered video creation A creative, supportive, and mission-driven team Competitive compensation and benefits
