YOUR ROLE

As a Programme Executive, you will be involved in all programme and project phases: from researching and evaluating the right startups and SMEs that solve business problems, to facilitating the process of co-creation between the corporation and the startup or SME, and the proof-of-concept or pilot execution.
You will be supporting programmes and projects in areas like agrifood, built environment, decarbonisation of cities and industries. Not only will you develop knowledge in a range of big topics, you will gain an understanding about the functions of corporations and their challenges, and have an overview of business opportunities.
You will be critical to ensuring our programmes and projects are delivered on time and to the high standard that is expected of Padang & Co. In other words, the Programme Executive helps to deliver what we promise.
