ABOUT THE ROLE:
Furthr is growing and is expanding it Acceleration team to further support the design, development and delivery of programmes for its client base. The Innovation Programme Content Designer and Developer will play a pivotal role in the development of existing programmes and the design and development of new programmes. It requires somebody with strong previous experience of programme design from the ground up, including the determination of the pedagogical approach and the sourcing and creation of unique learning content. The successful candidate will be required to manage all programme through their lifecycle, learning and adapting based on programme performance. The role will involve reviewing all existing programmes, and the creation of new programmes. It will also involve supporting a ‘train the trainer’ handover of content to the programme delivery team. The role will require a strong knowledge of enabling delivery technologies that will complement programme delivery. It will also require a strong understanding of how technology, in particular AI, is changing business models of startups, and how this in turn impact on programme content.
