About this position What you'll do Drive the Automotive change to e-mobility by being part of the Automotive Innovation Project Management Steer Innovation Projects and help to launch the next generation of Automotive Adhesives Stand up for your project in front of the management to report the status, KPIs and to highlight risks Guide the project team through challenging dynamic developments and ensure that changes are properly tracked Be the troubleshooter and keep an eye on timing, cost and quality of the Project Build your network within Henkel Adhesive Technologies to improve our Project What makes you a good fit Master’s degree in Economics, Chemistry, or Engineering 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive or chemical project management field Extensive experience using MS Office tools Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in German and English This position is limited to one year.
