QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance to be considered
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration field or 5 years of related experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Advise as Subject Matter Expert on business innovation, modernization, and transformation projects
  • Leverage agile methodologies and data-driven insights to lead teams, execute innovation initiatives, deliver business solutions, and drive workforce culture change
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, and key sessions for strategic planning efforts and execution
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Expertise in project management frameworks and methodologies, innovation and design thinking frameworks,
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies, strategic communication plans, workshop facilitation, and skills coaching
  • Lead and manage innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence, while evaluating emerging technologies to recommend potential applications for the customer
  • Design and implement innovation frameworks and processes, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report the impact of innovation initiatives to senior leadership
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • At least 10 years of experience in business administration, innovation, strategic planning, or engineering-related services
  • Certifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • PMP Certification
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or at least 10 years of relevant experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive project management and support services for innovative business improvement projects. This includes ensuring that all personnel involved have the necessary qualifications and training to perform their tasks effectively
  • Creating strategic communication products for senior leadership and workforce reporting
  • Communicating with Program Managers and POCs from customer organizations when necessary
  • Coaching and facilitation for innovation project owners to help them succeed. This includes reviewing, shaping, aligning, facilitating, providing pitch coaching, and incubating bottom-up innovation projects through various mediums such as innovation campaigns, open calls, and leadership-directed tasking
  • Conducting research activities, draw connections between latest regulations/policies and acquisition management gaps, and formulate logical justifications for potential acquisition policy pilots
  • Advising on and executing culture initiatives and drive organizational change management. This includes developing and facilitating organizational change workshops, introducing industry standard business practices, and facilitating best-practice knowledge sharing across program offices
  • Building, testing, and maintaining various project management tools and templates on a routine basis, and support the decommissioning or updating of outdated tools or templates
